We will open a pop-up shop at Oyatsu Jinja
We’re thrilled to announce that YUCa’s Tea will attend the Oyatsu Jinja event in Kochi with a special pop-up shop!
YUCa’s Tea has only been available through in-person sales at YUCa’s Japanese Cooking, a Japanese culinary class for international visitors, and through our online shop. Now, we’re preparing to offer nearly the full YUCa’s Tea lineup along with tea pairings so that local residents can enjoy the full experience as well.
What is YUCa’s Tea?
YUCa’s Tea is a premium Japanese tea collection curated by culinary expert YUCa. Here’s what we’ll be offering at our pop-up:
Snacks
– Sake lees & homemade red bean paste bagels (Roasted Green Tea, Matcha, Plain)
– Rice flour cookies (Roasted Green Tea, Matcha, Plain)
– Okoshi (crispy rice snacks – Umakara Soy Sauce, Setouchi Seaweed Salt, Plain)
– Yuzu-flavored Yokan (Japanese citrus jelly dessert), and more!
